Terms of Use
Our guests are obliged to follow the General Terms and Conditions for Accommodation Contract to protect the public nature of the hotel and for the safety as listed below.
If any of the following events occurs in respect of the guest, our hotel may force to ends the accommodation contract with the guests as described on the article 11 of the General Terms and Conditions for Accomodation Contract.
Accommodation Contract of Kawagoe Dai-Ichi hotel
- the guest is not permitted to uses stoves for cookings, irons and any other tools use the fire except for the items provided by the hotel
- the guest is not permitted to smoke near flammable items like in the bed
- the guest is not permitted to behave in any manner causing nuisance to other guests or other third parties
- the guest is not permitted to bring the below to their room
(a) animals, birds
(b) something smell strong
(c) extraordinarily large amount of goods
(d) anything easily catch on fire, such as gunpowder and volatile oil
(e) illigal possessions, such as guns and swords - the guest is not permitted to gamble or corrupt public moral
- the guest is not permitted to use hotel equipments for not originally intended use
- the guest is not permitted to take out or move around the hotel equipments without permission
- the guest is not permitted to put something on, or make any changes or damage to the building
If it is done we will charge you for the actual cost for restoration - the guest is not permitted to hang something on the window which detract the appearance of the hotel
- the guest is not permitted to distribute any advertisement to the other guests inside the hotel
- the guest is not permitted to leave their belongings such as shoes in the corridor or lobby area
- the front gate closes at 2am
- need to notify our front staff in advance to change the nights of stay
- if you have left something behind please refer to the rules for storage period
- we shall not be responsible for any damages or theft made on your cars in our parking lot
- please ask front desk to keep the valuables otherwise we shall not be responsible for any other losses
- the guest is not permitted to bring non hotel guests to their room or let them use the hotel properties
- the guest is not permitted to use their room as an registered office or a sales office
- in principle we shall enter to guest’s room for daily cleaning
